As 2025 draws to a close, Seamatch is pleased to share that it has been a year of meaningful progress across several important areas of our business. While many of these are “small steps”, together they strengthen our foundation and enhance the value we deliver to clients, contractors, and colleagues.

Business focus and partnerships

This year, we sharpened our focus on the T26 business and introduced a series of contractor‑centred incentives and arrangements designed to build stronger, more competitive, and genuinely win–win partnerships. These initiatives aim to recognise performance, deepen mutual trust, and create longer‑term collaboration with our contractor community. We are encouraged by the positive progress to date and are committed to carrying this momentum into 2026 and beyond.

Technology and productivity

We implemented a powerful new search mechanism for our consulting team, enabling sub‑second keyword searches across our CV database. This enhancement significantly improves our productivity and responsiveness, allowing us to match candidates to opportunities more quickly and accurately. As a result, clients and candidates alike can expect faster turnaround times and a more efficient recruitment experience.

Contractor experience and transparency

In 2025, we launched our online staff portal, giving contractors convenient access to key employment information. They can now review salary records, check annual leave balances, and download tax returns at any time. This increased transparency and self‑service capability reflects our commitment to professionalism, operational excellence, and better day‑to‑day support for our contractor community.

Brand, communication, and resilience

We also invested time and effort in revamping our company website, which now better reflects our core business focus and values. The new site serves as an improved platform for communication and engagement with both candidates and clients, supporting clearer messaging and stronger relationships. Like everyone, we have faced our share of challenges and setbacks during the year, but these experiences have also helped us learn, adapt, and grow stronger as a team.
