Key responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of office administration services such as office supplies, courier arrangement, housekeeping, filing, photocopying, and document preparation
- Assist in managing all office admin expenses/claims record, work closely with finance department on payment processing and contract renewal arrangement
- Organize and coordinate company meetings, staff activities, and various corporate events
- Perform receptionist’s duties, greet and direct guests to the key person as soon as they arrive at the office
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required

- A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Chinese word processing
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
