Key responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of office administration services such as office supplies, courier arrangement, housekeeping, filing, photocopying, and document preparation
  • Assist in managing all office admin expenses/claims record, work closely with finance department on payment processing and contract renewal arrangement
  • Organize and coordinate company meetings, staff activities, and various corporate events
  • Perform receptionist’s duties, greet and direct guests to the key person as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required

  • A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
