Responsibilities:
- Perform and facilitate user requirement gathering, analyze user requirements and recommend best practice solutions
- Conduct system design, impact analysis, effort estimation and detail design work
- Participating in system development and System Integration Test (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testings (UAT)
- Supervise and coordinate external vendors to complete projects on time, and ensure quality of deliverables
Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Computer Science or related discipline
- 5 years+ banking applications development experience for System Analyst. 3 years+ for Analyst Programmer.
- Fresh Graduates or less years experience will be considered as Programmer
- Proficient in Java/C++, SQL, Unix Shell script
- Experience in trade finance, factoring & supply chain project is an advantage.
- Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills , willing to work in competent, challenging and team-working environment
- Self-motivated, creative, able to work under pressure and be flexible
- Good communications and presentation skills
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
