Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist and prepare IT project / infrastructure / equipment budgeting, project scope, project schedule
  • Use excel for budgeting
  • Prepare powerpoint for presentation
  • Due diligent for service contract
  • Support the project manager in managing and organizing project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and related documents.
  • Provide assistance in resolving project execution issues and conflicts.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic background in a related field.
  • Familiarity with the banking industry and IT projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
