Responsibilities:

  • Perform and facilitate user requirement gathering, analyze user requirements and recommend best practice solutions

  • Liaise among users and the technical developers to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented

  • Translate requirements into technical specifications

  • Provide support to system integration test and UAT

  • Prepare training materials and conduct end user training

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Business, Computer Science or related discipline.

  • 1 - 3 years+ for Business Analyst.

  • Solid experience in running meetings for gathering requirements, collaborating on solutions and resolving issues.

  • Organized, self-starting and producing accurate works

  • Good communications and presentation skills

  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus

  • Fresh Graduate will also consider
