System Support Engineer
Responsibilities:

Conduct system and network installation, integration, and configurations

Prepare technical documentation on infrastructure administration and operations

Handle administration, operation tasks for hardware, OS, hypervisors, containers, storage, software, backup and security solutions and network devices

Apply fixes, patches, and updates

Systems Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of designing, setting up, and managing a cutting-edge IT infrastructure — including servers, storage, networking, databases, and security systems!
- Establish and maintain robust communication and network policies, standards, and security procedures that keep everything running smoothly and securely.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including vendors and contractors, to drive seamless operations and project success.
- Monitor system capacity and fine-tune performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Support system maintenance efforts and participate in system drill tests to maintain top-tier reliability.
- Oversee and coordinate all bug-fixes and maintenance activities with third-party vendors.
- Manage the full spectrum of hardware infrastructure, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
(Senior/Junior) Network Engineer (30K-55K, Fresh with CCNA ok)
Responsibilities:

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate project tasks, keeping everything on track and within scope.

Lead a team in delivering successful network projects, ensuring every project is completed with precision and excellence.

(Senior/Junior) IT Officer (Helpdesk and Deskside)
Responsibilities:

Provide reliable in-house end-user support to keep the team operating at peak performance!

Manage IT Helpdesk tickets swiftly and efficiently, ensuring every issue gets the attention it deserves.

Respond to user calls through phone, email, and the ticketing system with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Tackle user queries with confidence, delivering quick, effective solutions and a great support experience.

Accurately document every case in the Ticket Logging System for smooth follow-ups and service tracking.

Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and service level standards to maintain high-quality IT operations.
System Support Engineer
Requirements:
-
Degree or above in computer science or equivalent.
-
At least three (3) years of IT experience; and
-
At least two (2) years of IT experience that covers one or more of the following areas (viz., functional/specialty experience):
-
conduct site preparation planning and control, network sizing, implementation and related support services;
-
conduct system installation, configuration, integration, interface management and performance tuning; or
-
perform data modelling, data dictionary maintenance, database construction and tuning.

Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Systems Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure support and management.
- Strong practical experience in network and firewall setup.
- Proven track record in infrastructure projects such as server upgrades, installations, and migrations.
- Experience with Windows Server, Windows AD, and vSphere administration is a plus.
- Experience in Linux.
- Strong command of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines (Fresh graduates are welcome!).

ITIL Foundation certification is a strong advantage.
