(Bank) Business Analyst/Project Officer / UAT Officer - Fresh graduate ok

Responsibilities:

Dive into User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for impactful system development projects.
Craft, validate, and refine test cases to keep UAT running smoothly.
Bring clarity to the team by preparing insightful testing reports and project updates.
Partner closely with developers and business users to keep communication flowing and the project moving.
Senior team members can take the lead by gathering business requirements, creating functional specs, and coordinating with vendors to keep everything on track.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
Create and maintain testing checklist and scenarios for functional, regression and UAT testing.
Execute manual tests (and automation tests if applicable) to identify bugs, inconsistencies. And usability issues.
Log, track and retest defects using tools, and sure timely resolution.
Coordinate Production testing sessions with business users and gather feedback.
Assist Quality Assurance Lead to ensure Test case coverage meets QA standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Play a key role in planning and executing exciting projects by breaking them into clear, achievable milestones.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to define requirements and drive projects toward successful completion.
Prepare user stories, craft UAT plans, and actively support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure top-quality results.
Track project progress, tackle issues as they arise, and keep both the Project Team and clients fully updated.
Manage essential project administration tasks, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and compiling reports.

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in IT, Business, or a related discipline.
Sharp attention to detail, strong teamwork spirit, and the ability to thrive under tight timelines.
Experience or internships in UAT or project work are a big plus, though motivated fresh graduates are absolutely welcome.
Candidates with substantial experience will be considered for the Senior Business Analyst role.
Familiarity with related products and skills in Excel, VBA, and SQL will help you shine even brighter.

Requirements:

Degree holder with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Studies.
0-3 years of working experience in retail banking industry or digital platforms with solid software testing experience.
Fundamental knowledge on Testing cycle and Testing management, including test strategy, test case design, execution and defect tracking.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills.
Good command of written/spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
1–2 years of project management experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with passion and potential are welcome!
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and a strong team collaborator.
Great communication skills and a natural problem-solver.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project; Power BI knowledge is a bonus.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
