(Senior) Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and wireless systems.

  • Provide support for office relocations, ensuring smooth network transitions.

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues for optimal uptime.

  • Collaborate with teams on infrastructure and relocation projects.

  • Maintain network and security standards.

  • Manage hardware and software upgrades, patches, and configurations.

  • Document network architecture and procedures.


System Support

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 & Active Directory:

  • Administer Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).

  • Manage on-premises and Azure Active Directory, including user provisioning and authentication.

  • Implement identity and access policies, including MFA.

  • Troubleshoot issues with M365 applications and Azure AD.

Virtual Machines:

  • Deploy and manage virtual machines in on-premises and cloud environments.

  • Monitor and optimize VM performance and capacity.

  • Conduct backups, patch management, and disaster recovery tests.

Storage:

  • Manage enterprise storage systems (SAN/NAS/Cloud), ensuring data integrity and security.

  • Assist with backup and restore operations.

General Support:

  • Resolve escalated service desk tickets for M365, AD, VM, and storage.

  • Maintain system documentation and collaborate on IT projects.

  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies.



Deskside Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide deskside support for desktop/laptop hardware and software issues.

  • Configure and install computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

  • Assist users with access issues and software applications.

  • Troubleshoot network connectivity problems.

  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist in asset management.

  • Document and track support requests through the ticketing system.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery.


(Senior) Network Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 5 + years of experience in enterprise network engineering.

  • Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with Aruba and Cisco Wi-Fi deployment and optimization.

  • Understanding of routing protocols like BGP and OSPF.

  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds).

  • Cloud networking experience (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.

  • CCNA or CCNP certification preferred.


System Support

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.

  • Hands-on experience with virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure).

  • Solid understanding of storage systems and backup solutions.

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.


Deskside Support

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support roles or deskside support.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware (PCs, printers) and software applications.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
