Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and user requirements to ensure effective system enhancements.

  • Collaborate with users and IT teams for clear communication and implementation of business needs.

  • Develop and validate test plans, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage project progress.

  • Provide ongoing support to business users and assist in production for new product launches.

  • Prepare insightful testing reports and project updates, ensuring seamless project flow through teamwork with developers and stakeholders.

  • Gather business requirements and create functional specifications, while coordinating with vendors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • Experience in Corporate Banking or similar domains is preferred.

  • Familiarity with the system development life cycle, UAT processes, and data flow.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

  • Proficient in English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

  • Solid experience with Excel, SQL, and Python; familiarity with VBA is advantageous.

  • Motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with candidates having substantial experience considered for a senior role.
