Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the entire trade life cycle for various treasury products

  • Liaise with external counterparties and internal departments to resolve trade mismatches, failed settlements, reconciliation breaks, and exceptional cases.

  • Oversee collateral movements, margin calls, and disputes with counterparties.

  • Contribute to system development efforts by providing user requirements and reviewing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results.

  • Optimize processes and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and control.

  • Ensure internal documentation, including guidelines and procedure manuals, is updated promptly.

  • Train and guide junior colleagues to support their professional development.

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant educational background in Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
