Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders

  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to project sponsors

  • Coordinate the efforts of IT and business teams to ensure seamless implementation of new systems and processes

  • Assist in the testing and deployment of new IT solutions, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards

  • Provide post-implementation support and document lessons learned to drive continuous improvement

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Officer or a similar project management role in the Information & Communication Technology industry

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to adapt to different approaches

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during project execution

  • Familiarity with IT systems, software development, and infrastructure management

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
