Service Delivery Manager 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams to effective service delivery based on ITIL process framework
  • Coordinate different teams including service desk, helpdesk, infrastructure, vendors and business users for service delivery.
  • Interact with multiple customers to understand Service Level Agreements and ensure that all services and support functions remain responsive to customer needs
  • Ensure high quality of client service by clearly defining service scope and continuously carrying out due diligence and other assessment as needed



IT Business Analyst (Bank)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key interface between business users and technical developers.
  • Understand SDLC and/or Product life cycle
  • Collect and Document user requirements
  • Analyze user requirements and propose solutions to business on system operation workflow

  • Manage and Coordinate IT project implementation 


Project Officer (IT)

Responsibilities:

  • Gather project requirements from client and project team to define work plan for efficient delivery of project.
  • Monitor purchasing order of equipment to meet customer contract requirements. 
  • As communications link between project team and customer regarding project status and progress.
  • Plan and monitor project schedule to achieve project outputs.
  • Organize and attend meeting to report progress.
  • Prepare project correspondence such as meeting agenda and minutes.
  • Resolve any project related issues.           

Service Delivery Manager 

Requirement:

  •  Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
  •  At least 8+ years of relevant experience and 5 years are managerial
  •  Experience in change, incident, problem and vendor management
  •  Experience in IT support, end user support, system administration and networking
  •  Experienced in IT service management such as ITILv4 framework.
  •  Knowledge of information security services and products, including but not limited to Firewalls, IPS, Web, DLP, Cloud Security etc.
  •  Holder of ITIL certifications is must.
  •  Able to build strong relationships with people at all levels in the organization
  •  Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English 

IT Business Analyst (Bank)


Requirements:
  • Degree in Global Business, Finance, Investment, Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline 
  • Knowledge of Treasury Products / Global Markets / Financial Markets / IT Systems is a plus
  • Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn, ability to work with teams
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Business Analyst

Project Officer (IT)

 Requirement

  • Higher Diploma / Degree holder in IT engineering or related disciplines, 2 years working experience in project management or event servicing will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, willing to walk extra miles to meet challenging target.
  • Customer-oriented, with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, innovation and adaptability to meet with Company’s business needs
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
