Responsibilities:
· Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies:
-
Lead and facilitate all Scrum event effectively, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming sessions

Ensure ceremonies are time-boxes, productive, and focused on the Sprint Goal.
· Team Coaching & Agile Adoption:

Coach the Development Team and Product Owner team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.

Foster self-organization, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
· Impediment Removal & Risk Management:
-
Proactively identify, track and help remove blockers and impediments.

Shield the team from external interruptions and maintain focus during the Sprint.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-
Act as a bridge between the IT development team and the Product Owner team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities and requirements.
· Process & Delivery:
-
Ensure the team is focusing on the sprint goal by tracking the progress and communicating within team.

Promote continuous improvement by facilitating retrospective sessions and implementing actionable improvements.
Requirements:
· Degree holder with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Studies.
· At least 3 years of working experience in retail banking, fintech industry or large-scale digital transformation projects with solid Scrum Master experience.
· Proven experience facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and working with Product Owners to manage product backlog.
· Familiarity with Jira/Confluence or similar Agile project management tools.
· Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and experience coaching teams using Agile frameworks
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
· Excellent presentation, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills.
· Good command of written/spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
