Responsibilities:
- Perform and facilitate user requirement gathering, analyze user requirements and recommend best practice solutions
- Conduct system design, impact analysis, effort estimation and detail design work
- Participating in system development and System Integration Test (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Supervise and coordinate external vendors to complete projects on time, and ensure quality of deliverables
Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Computer Science or related discipline
- Min 3 years+ banking applications development experience
- Proficient in Java/C++, Python, SQL, Unix Shell script
- Experience in below is an advantage
- Trade Finance, Factoring & Supply Chain project.
- Remittance, Interbank Clearing project & Cross Border Payment Project (i.e. SWIFT, RTGS, CIPS, CNAPS)
- Wealth management / Investment products/ Private banking
- Corporate Banking, Custody, Corporate Trust and Agency Business are highly preferred
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-working environment
- Self-motivated, creative, able to work under pressure and be flexible
- Good communications and presentation skills
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
- Fresh Graduates or less experience will be considered as Programmer
