Responsibilities:
- Projects are bank-wide new IT initiatives relating to planning & strategies such as FinTech, innovation
· Conduct research and analysis to understand industry trends and emerging technologies
· Develop business requirements to guide innovation project development.
· Act as the key interface between different parties, including business users, developers and external vendors
· Support the end-to-end lifecycle of new technology rollouts, from vendor selection and system design to User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
· Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met
· Participate in training and support activities to promote innovative solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in a technical analyst, systems analyst, or IT consulting role where experience in the banking/finance industry (can be in any role or responsibilities) is a plus
- Self-motivated, possess analytical mind and excellent problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of fintech industry trends and emerging technologies is a plus
- Technical background and coding experience. Familiarity with Cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with Chinese report writing and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
