Business Analyst / System Analyst / Analyst Programmer (Bank / IT)

Responsibilities:

Perform and facilitate user requirement gathering, analyze user requirements and recommend best practice solutions
Conduct system design, impact analysis, effort estimation and detail design work
Participating in system development and System Integration Test (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testings (UAT)
Supervise and coordinate external vendors to complete projects on time, and ensure quality of deliverables

Responsibilities:

Act as the key interface between business users and technical developers.
Understand SDLC and/or Product life cycle
Collect and Document user requirements
Analyze user requirements and propose solutions to business on system operation workflow
Coordinate User Acceptance Test
Manage and Coordinate IT project implementation

Degree holder with major in Computer Science or related discipline
For SA: 5 years+ software developing and programming experience, less experience will consider as Analyst Programmer
Proficient in Java, SQL, Unix Shell script
Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills , willing to work in competent, challenging and team-working environment
Self-motivated, creative, able to work under pressure and be flexible
Good communications and presentation skills
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus

Requirements:

Degree in Global Business, Finance, Investment, Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline
Relevant experience as Business Analyst for IT projects, banking project is a plus
Knowledge of Treasury Products / Global Markets / Financial Markets / IT Systems is a plus
Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn, ability to work with teams
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Business Analyst
Fresh Graduate with relevant intern experience is Welcome
