Business Analyst (Junior to Mid-Level), Treasury / Personal Banking
Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze user requirements, and help design / enhance workflow systems

Participate in the system development from requirement gathering to testing and launch

Support system testing (SIT/UAT) to ensure smooth product rollout/release

Assist in revamping production systems and supporting financial trading platforms (structured products, bonds, precious metals, etc.)

Prepare documentation and process flows
Requirements:
-
A degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields

0 - 2 years of related experience in IT, finance or banking (internships and project work count!)

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
-
Willing to learn complex financial products or trading systems (Murex, Kondor, Opics)

Chinese and English communication skills
