Systems Engineer (Airport)

Responsibilities:

•  Provide expert system support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the performance monitoring for network and systems.
•  Drive system implementation: Actively participate in the implementation of new projects, including system integration, SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
•  Stay ahead of the curve: Pursue and obtain professional certifications for enterprise-level systems and platforms to enhance the expertise and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
•  Empower clients: Develop and deliver comprehensive system training programs to client IT teams and related personnel, ensuring their understanding and effective utilization of our systems.
•  Maintain and update documentation: Keep system and operational documentation up to date, ensuring accuracy and clarity for internal and external stakeholders.

 

Systems Engineer (TST)

Responsibilities：

  • Take charge of designing, setting up, and managing a cutting-edge IT infrastructure — including servers, storage, networking, databases, and security systems!
  • Establish and maintain robust communication and network policies, standards, and security procedures that keep everything running smoothly and securely.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including vendors and contractors, to drive seamless operations and project success.
  • Monitor system capacity and fine-tune performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Support system maintenance efforts and participate in system drill tests to maintain top-tier reliability.
  • Oversee and coordinate all bug-fixes and maintenance activities with third-party vendors.
  • Manage the full spectrum of hardware infrastructure, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.


(Senior/Junior) Network Engineer (30K-50K, Fresh with CCNA ok)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and set up robust network infrastructures that ensure seamless connectivity across the organization.

  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate project tasks, keeping everything on track and within scope.

  • Lead a team in delivering successful network projects, ensuring every project is completed with precision and excellence.

  • Support network operations post-deployment, ensuring optimal performance and quick resolution of any issues that arise.




(Senior/Junior) IT Officer (Helpdesk and Deskside)

Job Description:

  • Provide reliable in-house end-user support to keep the team operating at peak performance!

  • Manage IT Helpdesk tickets swiftly and efficiently, ensuring every issue gets the attention it deserves.

  • Respond to user calls through phone, email, and the ticketing system with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Tackle user queries with confidence, delivering quick, effective solutions and a great support experience.

  • Accurately document every case in the Ticket Logging System for smooth follow-ups and service tracking.

  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and service level standards to maintain high-quality IT operations.

Systems Engineer (Airport)


Requirements:
•  Bachelor's degree (High diploma or equivalent) in Information Technology, Engineering, Computing, or a related field.
•  Proven experience with Microsoft Windows (Workstation and Server), Linux, and network/security configurations.
•  Familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, or other database systems.
•  Knowledge of Virtual Machines (VM) and Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
•  Demonstrated ability to independently acquire new skills and knowledge.
•  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and spoken).


Systems Engineer (TST)

Requirements：

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure support and management.
  • Strong practical experience in network and firewall setup.
  • Proven track record in infrastructure projects such as server upgrades, installations, and migrations.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Windows AD, and vSphere administration is a plus.
  • Experience in Linux.
  • Strong command of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, allowing you to effectively collaborate with both local and international teams.

 Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines (Fresh graduates are welcome!).

  • ITIL Foundation certification is a strong advantage.

  • A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Independent, diligent, responsible, and able to maintain a positive attitude even under pressure.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
