System Support Engineer 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for IT systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates and enhancements.
  • Train and support end-users in the effective use of software applications and systems.
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical problems.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate backup and recovery procedures.


Systems Engineer (Admiralty)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible in the following areas: 

  • Provide administration and support of hardware and software (Windows and Linux)

  • Provide administration and support of virtualization platform (KVM)

  • Provide administration and support of network devices (Routers/Switch/Firewall/Load-Balancer)

  • Provide administration and support of system backup

  • Apply O/S and software patch

  • Perform first line trouble shooting and technical support

  • Act as the contact point to provide technical support in system operation



(Senior/Junior) Network Engineer (30K-50K, Fresh with CCNA ok)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and set up robust network infrastructures that ensure seamless connectivity across the organization.

  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate project tasks, keeping everything on track and within scope.

  • Lead a team in delivering successful network projects, ensuring every project is completed with precision and excellence.

  • Support network operations post-deployment, ensuring optimal performance and quick resolution of any issues that arise.



IT Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and commonly used applications.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of computer hardware, OS, and software.
  • Support users with network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and remote access.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights via Active Directory.
  • Maintain and update asset inventory and documentation of all deskside support activities.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support or vendors as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance such as patching, backups, and system health checks.
  • Collaborate with service desk and infrastructure teams to ensure issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide support for meeting room technology, video conferencing tools, and AV equipment.
  • Participate in IT projects, deployments, and infrastructure rollouts as required.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

System Support Engineer 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven 3 years’ experience in a system support or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and software applications.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Systems Engineer (Admiralty)

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or related discipline

  • 2-4 years relevant IT experience in system administration

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in server virtualization, Windows, Linux and/or Unix, SAN

  • Good knowledge of networking

  • Solid experience on Linux administration on Linux, System Configuration, Shell Scripting and Patch Management

  • Solid experience on Backup operation

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and independently

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

IT Officer

Requirements:

  • High Diploma of Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or deskside support role.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • Microsoft 365 / Office Suite
  • Active Directory and Exchange
  • Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
