Working hour: Mon to Sun & Public Holiday 11:00pm – 08:00am, 5 days shift
Job Description:
- Deliver professional customer service through answering enquiries via phone, live chat and email
- Secondary education or above with minimum 2 years or above of experience in customer services
- Fluency of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good phone manner and a strong customer service mindset
