 Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to business units within the IT Division.

  • Manage IT asset and inventory management, including records maintenance and stocktaking.

  • Manage user access rights and maintain accurate access control documentation.

  • Coordinate induction training arrangements, training materials, meetings and logistical support.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties for meetings, logistics and administrative arrangements.

  • Handle procurement processing, ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping.

  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Bachelor’s Degree or above.

  • At least 5 subjects at Level 3 or above in HKDSE including English and Chinese.

  • At least 2–3 years’ relevant administrative experience preferably in sizeable organization;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of SharePoint is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external parties.

  • Self‑motivated, responsible and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
