Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and clerical support to business units within the IT Division.

Manage IT asset and inventory management, including records maintenance and stocktaking.

Manage user access rights and maintain accurate access control documentation.
-
Coordinate induction training arrangements, training materials, meetings and logistical support.
-
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties for meetings, logistics and administrative arrangements.

Handle procurement processing, ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping.

Perform day-to-day administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:

Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Bachelor’s Degree or above.

At least 5 subjects at Level 3 or above in HKDSE including English and Chinese.

At least 2–3 years’ relevant administrative experience preferably in sizeable organization;

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of SharePoint is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external parties.

Self‑motivated, responsible and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
