IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

·         Provide technical support to end users through various channels.

·         Troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software issues.

·         Assist with a range of devices, including computers and mobile devices.

·         Support users with data management and recovery.

·         Address IT concerns for management and VIP users.

·         Perform additional tasks as needed.



Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

·         Implement and manage IT systems infrastructure.

·         Ensure system reliability and disaster recovery.

·         Document project details and manage system operations.



(Senior/Junior) Network and Security Specialist (25K-80K depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

·         Design and set up network infrastructure.

·         Manage vendor relationships and project tasks.

·         Lead a team in completing network projects.

·         Support network operations post-deployment.


Senior / Junior NOC Engineer

  • Perform 24 x 7 shift duties in NOC
    Provides remote support to managed service customers, Managing and proactive monitoring their networking and systems to meet SLA requirements.
  • Keep track of the Tier 1 engineer activity, make sure all the incident, problem and change are under control and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinating resource and co-working with other team to solve the issue.
  • Provide technical support, perform troubleshooting, and resolve Tier-2 issues.
  • Maintain and Improve documentation
  • Keep informed of advancements in network infrastructure and technologies.

IT Support Specialist

Requirements:

·         Diploma or higher in Information Technology or a related field.

·         2 years+ Relevant IT experience preferred.

·         IT certifications are a plus.

·         Good communication skills in English and Chinese.


Systems Engineer

Requirements:

·         Degree in a relevant field.

·         3 years experiences

·         IT experience in systems management.

·         Familiarity with various technologies.

·         Experience in VMWare and Red Hat Linux, Oracle Linux, Windows Server is a plus.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

·         Good communication skills in English and Chinese.


(Senior/Junior) Network and Security Specialist (25K-80K depends on experience)

Requirements:

·         Degree in a relevant field.

·         Extensive experience in network infrastructure.

·         Certification of CCNA / CCNP is a plus.

·         Strong understanding of networking concepts.



Senior / Junior NOC Engineer
Requirements:

  • Two years or above relevant experience in -
    network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, AP, wireless controller etc.
  • Experience with incident management and troubleshooting, including root cause analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge with IP networking protocols, including TCP/IP, ARP, STP, DHCP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, SNMP etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco/Huawei/Juniper/Aruba/Ruckus/Fortinet networking device.
  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as zabbix, Cacti, or SolarWinds.
  • Less experience as NOC engineer
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
