Business Analyst (Banking - Core Banking)

  1. Gathering and analysing business requirements from key stakeholders

  2. Translating business needs into technical specifications and functional designs

  3. Coordinating and leading user acceptance testing (UAT) activities

  4. Identifying and resolving issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle

  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

  6. Providing ongoing support and process improvement recommendations

  7. Documenting project artefacts, including business requirements, functional specifications and test plans

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in the banking or financial services industry

  2. Proven track record in eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements

  3. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  4. Experience in leading user acceptance testing and managing project risks and issues

  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail

  6. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

  7. Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

 

Business Analyst - AI for Finance (Alo Trading)

  1. 5-12 years working experience, hands-on, as the candidate would need to handle the project independently attention to details and aggressive and ability to learn.
  2. Manage 2-3 Algo trading, Risk or Financial Markets AI related projects, track and report progress, work with users and developers on UR, design, testing, documentation and launch prep. The candidate will manage budget usage and procurement if required as well.
  3. Experience or education on Financial Markets and AI are a plus.
  4. Strong communication skills to align with stakeholders and drive project tasks.
  5. Both Mandarin and Cantonese are frequently used with users and vendors.
