Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact point for IT Service Desk Call Services.
- Identify, investigate and correct problems or incidents in accordance with established procedures, practices and service pledges.
- Advise users on appropriate course of action.
- Communicate effectively with end users and customer management.
- Escalate unresolved problems to higher levels of support in accordance with established escalation procedures.
- Perform services requests according to IT established procedures and complete within predefined timelines or services level agreement.
- Install and upgrade software.
- Perform regular maintenance on hardware or software components.
- Provide service delivery.
Requirements:
- High Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
- Possess at least 2 years of related experience.
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
- Self-motivated and ability to acquire skills independently.
- People oriented and teamwork centric.
- Ability to apply specific operation knowledge/skills in daily work.
- A good team player who embraces changes in a positive manner.
- Be a proactive team member to deliver excellent IT services.
- Be presentable and able to communicate well with internal users and external parties.
- Be able to perform tasks management and prioritize on hand tasks.
- Required to work in various location in HK Electric premises within Hong Kong Island or Lamma Island.
