Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary contact point for IT Service Desk Call Services.
  • Identify, investigate and correct problems or incidents in accordance with established procedures, practices and service pledges.
  • Advise users on appropriate course of action.
  • Communicate effectively with end users and customer management.
  • Escalate unresolved problems to higher levels of support in accordance with established escalation procedures.
  • Perform services requests according to IT established procedures and complete within predefined timelines or services level agreement.
  • Install and upgrade software.
  • Perform regular maintenance on hardware or software components.
  • Provide service delivery.

Requirements:

  • High Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
  • Possess at least 2 years of related experience.
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
  • Self-motivated and ability to acquire skills independently.
  • People oriented and teamwork centric.
  • Ability to apply specific operation knowledge/skills in daily work.
  • A good team player who embraces changes in a positive manner.
  • Be a proactive team member to deliver excellent IT services.
  • Be presentable and able to communicate well with internal users and external parties.
  • Be able to perform tasks management and prioritize on hand tasks.
  • Required to work in various location in HK Electric premises within Hong Kong Island or Lamma Island.
