(Senior/Junior) Network Engineer (CCNA /CCNP)

 

Responsibilities:

  • To Support network operations post-deployment, ensuring optimal performance and quick resolution of any issues that arise

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluated how EDR telemetry from endpoints and servers was leveraged by SOC teams

  • Assessed the effectiveness of integrating EDR with SIEM and SOC workflows, focusing on alert
    correlation and analyst decision-making during simulated

  • Examined the role of endpoint management controls



IT Engineer (Window / Microsoft)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide deskside and remote support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues

  • Respond to and resolve incident and service request tickets in a timely manner

  • Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and standard office applications

  • Assist with user account setup, password resets, and device configuration

  • Coordinate with regional IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution

(Senior/Junior) Network Engineer (CCNA /CCNP)

Requirements:

  •          Degree in a relevant field, ensuring a solid foundation for your technical expertise.

  •          Extensive experience in network infrastructure and worked with a range of networking technologies and solutions.

  •          Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA/ CCNP) certification

  •          A strong understanding of networking concepts 

  •          Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese



Security Engineer (Senior)

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field, ensuring a solid foundation for your technical expertise.

  • Proven experience in supporting EDR system

  • 2 -4 years of IT security experience



IT Engineer (Window / Microsoft)

Requirements:

  • At least Two years relevant experience.

  • Solid technical background, including experience working with Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows 11, and Office 365.

  • Experience in Basic Networking, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, AD Connect

  • Experience in troubleshooting PC/Server Hardware and Software issues.

  • Understanding and knowledge of network troubleshooting skills in the Windows environment.
