Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support, management, and optimization of the Kubernetes-based container platform, with a strong focus on Red Hat OpenShift.

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for various applications.

  • Manage GitOps workflows and continuous delivery processes using tools like ArgoCD to ensure automated, reliable, and repeatable application deployments across multi-cluster environments.

  • Design and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

  • Ensure platform security through regular patching, container image vulnerability scanning and remediation, secrets management, and compliance with security best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline software delivery processes and resolve integration challenges.

  • Lead incident response for production issues, conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implement preventive measures, and produce high-quality incident reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SRE or DevOps roles

  • Solid practical experience with Redhat and OpenShift

  • Good understanding of system infrastructure, including Linux/Windows operating systems, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), virtualization (KVM, Hyper-V), and networking principles.

  • Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)

  • RHCE certification is a advantage.

  • MCSE certification and knowledge of ISO 27001 are pluses.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Strong security awareness, including credential management, compliance, and security best practices.
