Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily internal administrative works;
  • Arrange meeting, take meeting minutes;   
  • Prepare presentation materials in ppt format;
  • Prepare executive report in MS word format;
  • Prepare statistical data using MS excel formula and Macros;
  • Prepare workflow and dashboard in Jira, manage stories and test cases in Jira, organize information and documents in Confluence;
  • Assist Project Manager for day-to-day project management like progress tracking to meet project timeline, progress report;
  • Coordinate with different departments and divisions for information collection and meeting arrangement;
  • Reply queries of other divisions and departments about basic understanding on the systems and project arrangement;
  • Responsible for data input/recording, filing, keep track project progress, payment handling, monthly reporting, analysis and budgeting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above, IT related course preferred;
  • Self-initiative, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good writing skills (both Chinese & English) ;
  • Good knowledge in MS Office applications, PowerPoint, Excel macro, Jira and Confluence;
  • Familiar with Chinese input methods;
  • Sensitive in numbers and good in calculation;
  • Working experience in IT related firms would be an advantage.
