Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning, fire services, water supply and drainage systems, drainage channels, electrical systems, and building works.
  • In charge of the procurement and maintenance contracts for various types of small equipment and appliances.
  • Manage cleaning and maintenance contracts.
  • Understand user department requirements and prepare maintenance orders; coordinate and communicate with user departments to arrange contractors for daily minor repair works, monitor project progress, and ensure work quality.
  • Verify and check invoices for all maintenance and service contracts, as well as procurement items.
  • Handle statutory orders issued by government departments and arrange emergency repair services.

Requirements 

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • With at least 3 years experience in handling bank-related or property management maintenance and repair, minor renovation works, and procurement of office appliances and equipment.
  • Familiar with general repair and maintenance work processes.
  • Possess a certain level of knowledge in procurement, property management, electrical and mechanical equipment
