IT Support Officer
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform daily network operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance for LAN, WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and related infrastructure
-
Assist in network project implementation and deployment, including configuration, testing, and rollout of new network solutions or upgrades
-
Ensure network security, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring and issue resolution
-
Support network security operations, including basic firewall rules, VPN configurations, and vulnerability checks
-
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve network-related incidents and implement improvements

Document network configurations, procedures, and change
Senior / Junior NOC Engineer
Responsibilities:
-
Perform 24 x 7 shift duties in the Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure stable and continuous service operations.
-
Provide remote support to managed service customers through proactive monitoring and management of network and system infrastructure to meet SLA requirements.
-
Monitor Tier 1 engineer activities and ensure incidents, problems, and change requests are properly managed and resolved in a timely manner.
-
Coordinate resources and collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
-
Provide technical support, perform in-depth troubleshooting, and handle Tier-2 escalation issues.

Maintain, update, and enhance operational and technical documentation.
-
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in networking infrastructure and technologies.
IT Support Officer
Requirements:

Diploma or above in Information Technology or a related discipline.
-
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience preferred.
-
Possession of IT certifications will be an advantage.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.
Systems Engineer
Requirements:

Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
-
Hands-on experience in systems administration and infrastructure management.

Familiarity with a variety of IT technologies and platforms.
-
Experience with VMware, Red Hat Linux, Oracle Linux, and Windows Server will be an advantage.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.
(Senior/Junior) Infrastructure Engineer / Network Specialist (25K-80K depends on experience)
Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related disciplines
-
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure operations, maintenance, and/or project implementation (experience in enterprise environments preferred)
-
Solid technical knowledge and practical experience with:
-
Networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF/BGP basics, etc.)
-
Network devices such as Cisco/Huawei/Juniper routers & switches, firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA)
-
LAN/WAN, wireless networks, VPN, and basic network security practices
-
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, or equivalent are highly preferred (CCNP/HCIP would be an advantage)
-
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
Senior / Junior NOC Engineer
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience with network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, access points, and wireless controllers.
-
Strong experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
-
Solid knowledge of IP networking protocols, including TCP/IP, ARP, STP, DHCP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, and SNMP.
-
Practical experience with networking devices from Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Aruba, Ruckus, and Fortinet.
-
Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as Zabbix, Cacti, or SolarWinds.
-
Candidates with less experience will also be considered for the Junior NOC Engineer position.
