(Senior/Junior) Infrastructure Engineer / Network Specialist (25K-80K depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, implementation, and enhancement of network infrastructure projects and maintenance
  • Monitor and enhance existing network and security systems, including but not limited to improving visibility, alerting mechanisms, and analysis of network traffic, system logs, and security events.
  • Execute authorized network configuration changes, maintenance, and optimization to maintain high availability, performance, and compliance with security standards.
  • Provide technical support and cross-departmental coordination for IT project teams and end users, including but not limited to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • IT system management and monitoring, fast recovery backup services management, in particular network Management system (NMS), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.
  • Perform daily network operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance for LAN, WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and related infrastructure

  • Assist in network project implementation and deployment, including configuration, testing, and rollout of new network solutions or upgrades

  • Support network security operations, including basic firewall rules, VPN configurations, and vulnerability checks



Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, manage, and enhance IT systems infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Maintain system stability, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

(Senior/Junior) Infrastructure Engineer / Network Specialist 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related disciplines

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure operations, maintenance, and/or project implementation (experience in enterprise environments preferred)

  • Solid technical knowledge and practical experience with:

  • Networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF/BGP basics, etc.)

  • Network devices such as Cisco/Huawei/Juniper routers & switches, firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA)

  • LAN/WAN, wireless networks, VPN, and basic network security practices

  •  Relevant certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, or equivalent are highly preferred (CCNP/HCIP would be an advantage)

  • Immediate availability or short notice period preferred



Systems Engineer

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.

  • Hands-on experience in systems administration and infrastructure management.

  • Familiarity with a variety of IT technologies and platforms.

  • Experience with VMware, Red Hat Linux, Oracle Linux, and Windows Server will be an advantage.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.
