Project Management Assistant ( procurement )

Job Description:

  • Assist with procurement processes for cyber security service, tools and software.

  • Perform initial gap analysis for annual IT policy review and consolidate responses within the team and other stakeholders.

  • Assist in audit issue follow up status tracking as needed.



Project Management Assistant (Banking - CISA, CISSP, PMP )

Job Description:

  • Assist IT and production operation daily support, meeting

  • Communicate with end-users and internal department to provide smooth operation

  • Reporting and documentation



IT Business Analyst / AI / FinTech (Bank / Financial Markets)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Risk or Financial Markets AI related projects

  • Track and report progress, work with users and developers on UR, design, testing, documentation and launch prep.

  • Support budget spending and procurement if required.

  • Experience or education on Financial Markets and AI are a plus.

  • Strong communication skills to align with stakeholders and drive project tasks.

  • Good at Mandarin and Cantonese speaking is a must.

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or Business Administration related.

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in project coordination or management.

  • Able to communicate with stakeholders from different teams with problem solving skills.

  • Good team player, detail-oriented, sense of responsibility and willing to learn.

  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

  • Good understanding of IT controls, production operation, and Vendor Management

  • 2- 5 years+ for Business Analyst.

  • Good communications and presentation skills
