Responsibilities:
- Assist the Asia Pacific Information Center in fintech management work, including fintech planning, cost and budget management, project management, quality control, technical resource management, change and outsourcing management, and full lifecycle IT asset management.
- Provide support and services for IT cost and budget management, and assist in organizing and implementing the center's cost allocation activities.
- Coordinate technology management and service matters, as well as application management-related public technology services, provided by relevant divisions within the Information Technology Department.
- Assist in completing other various tasks assigned by the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, FinTech, Business Administration or a related discipline;
- Prior experience in the banking industry is preferred;
- Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and ability to work under pressure;
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) and English;
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially skilled in using Excel functions and macros.
