QA Tester / QA Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in user acceptance testing, regression testing, production environment validation, and trial runs for system optimization projects involving AI features.

  • Based on business requirements and system function documentation, write test plans, test scenarios, and test cases; prepare test accounts and related test environment settings

  • Work closely with the project team and stakeholders to help clarify requirements, identify defects, and spot potential issues.

  • Properly record, report, follow up, and verify each test scenario and case; coordinate with the development team on the priority of fixing system defects, and resolve issues appropriately.

  • Assist with user training, provide testing support, and prepare relevant operational guidelines.


Business Analyst ( FX/Precious Metal)

Responsibilities:

  • Work Closely with Front (Front Office) to Back Office (Settlement, Accounting) department stakeholders, ITs and Vendors

  • Understand SDLC and/or Product life cycle of finance product

  • Collect and Document user requirements, prepare for UAT test cases and plan

  • Conduct Data and Issues Analysis and/Or Account Posting Analysis for FX, MM, Precious Metal



Business Analyst /Procurement Officer (Banking)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and facilitate user requirement gathering, analyze user requirements and recommend best practice solutions

  • Liaise among users and the technical developers to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented

  • Translate requirements into technical specifications



IT Business Analyst / AI / FinTech (Bank / Financial Markets)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Risk or Financial Markets AI related projects

  • Track and report progress, work with users and developers on UR, design, testing, documentation and launch prep.

  • Support budget spending and procurement if required.

  • Experience or education on Financial Markets and AI are a plus.

  • Strong communication skills to align with stakeholders and drive project tasks.

QA Tester / QA Leader

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Computer Science or information system related discipline.

  • 1-5 years+ for QA Tester / QA Leader experience

  • Good communications and presentation skills

  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Business Analyst

  • Less experience will also considered


Business Analyst ( FX/Precious Metal)

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Computer Science or information system, accounting or finance related discipline.

  • 2-5 years+ for Business Analyst

  • Experiences and good understanding on treasury products especially in FX/MM on Accounting

  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Business Analyst

  • Less experience will also considered


Business Analyst /Procurement Officer (Banking)

  • Degree holder with major in Business, Computer Science or related discipline.

  • 3 years+ for Business Analyst

  • 1-2 years of procurement experience is advantage

  • Good communications and presentation skills

  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus



IT Business Analyst / AI / FinTech (Bank / Financial Markets)

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Information System, Computer Science or related discipline.

  • 2- 5 years+ for Business Analyst.

  • Good communications and presentation skills

  • Good at Mandarin and Cantonese speaking is a must.
