Admin Clerk


Job Descriptions:

  • 5-day work, with normal office working hours

  • Assist the team to perform data entry / administration tasks

  • Clerical duties (data entry, updating excel reports, filing, issuing invoices)

  • Assist team daily activities

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor



Accounts Clerk

Job Descriptions: 

  • Be a team member to conduct the following:

  • Prepare accounts report for month-end and year-end closing; 

  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, AR, AP and GL

  • Prepare financial reports and analysis, cash flow management; 

  • Liaise with auditors and banks;  

  • Perform ad hoc assignment as required. 

Admin Clerk

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above

  • 1 year working experience in data entry

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese

  • Fresh Graduate are also welcome

  • Immediately available is preferred


Accounts Clerk

Requirements: 

  • Pass in some accounting or related qualifications; 

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience;  

  • Good knowledge of accounting apps;

  • some exposure to payroll  

  • Strong skills in MS office applications, especially in Excel; 

  • Independent, mature, attentive to details, self-motivated, well organized and detail oriented; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment. 

  • Less experience will be considered to Admin Clerk
