Analyst Programmer (JAVA)


Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and perform user requirement gathering, analyse business needs, and recommend best-practice solutions

  • Conduct system design, impact analysis, effort estimation, and detailed design work

  • Participate in system development, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Supervise and coordinate external vendors to ensure timely project delivery and high-quality outputs

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline

  • 3+ years’ experience as an Analyst Programmer

  • Proficient in Java and SQL

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a challenging and collaborative environment

  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work effectively under pressure with flexibility

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
