Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of HR services to including but not limited to compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, taxation, and staff movement, etc.
- Execute talent acquisition processes, starting from job advertisement to providing onboarding support
- Prepare monthly payrolls, MPF contributions, and administer other benefits
- Ensure compliance with relevant local legislations and Company policies & procedures by managing all HR activities
- Foster a positive relationship internally and with clients and offer advisory services on various HR matters, including the application of different types of entry permits for HK
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR, Payroll system and filing system
- Engage in ad hoc HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 2 years of practical experience in diverse aspects of human resources, preferably outsourcing payroll services
- Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations in HK
- Service-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and meticulous
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
