Key Tasks:

  • Technical support delivered by phone, email or remotely from the office
  • Keeping the customer support team updated on any cases you are dealing with in order to keep the end customer informed.
  • To ensure any deficiencies in product performance or documentation is brought to the attention of the relevant personnel.
  • Occasionally assist in product validation testing.

Skills Required

  • Electrical Engineering / IT Background
  • To be able to represent the company in a friendly and helpful manner, via telephone, email and in person.
  • trouble-shooting skills, methodical and questioning approach to solving issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain to different level of people.

Desirable Skills:

  • A basic understanding of Electronics.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy
