Responsibility:

  • Be responsible for recruitment needs of our clients (public sector and banking) to understand their hiring needs.
  • Use various recruiting channels and tools to collect, screen and interview resumes, assess candidates’ abilities & skills.
  • Manage the part or entire recruiting process by creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting interviews.
  • Provide professional and insightful recruiting advice and guidance to client hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reporting to team head.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years of recruiting experience or similar background, with a focus on IT recruitment. Candidate(s) with more years of experience will be referred to the Senior Recruitment Specialist or recruitment director position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computing, Human Resources or related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish ties with diverse talent groups.
  • Self-motivated and have the ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, and negotiation skills, and attention to detail needed.
  • Proven track record in sourcing diverse talent, recruiting top talent, and maintaining a high level of candidate engagement.
