Job Descriptions:


  • Provide quality customer services
  • Coordinate with internal parties in solving customer inquiries
  • Assist the team to perform HR / administration tasks
  • Clerical duties (data entry, filing, issuing invoices)
  • Assist team daily activities
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 year working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills and positive attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Fresh Graduate are also welcome
  • Immediately available is preferred
