Responsibilities:

 

  • Drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the recruitment process with various stakeholders, salary negotiation
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reporting to team head 
  • Establish innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies, to build the talent pipelines
  • Establishing and maintaining the database of candidates
  • Providing regular recruitment reports
  • Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
 

  • At least 1 year of work experience in HR 
  • Good knowledge of HK talent acqusition market 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior roles
