Responsibilities:
- Drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the recruitment process with various stakeholders, salary negotiation
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reporting to team head
- Establish innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies, to build the talent pipelines
- Establishing and maintaining the database of candidates
- Providing regular recruitment reports
- Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of work experience in HR
- Good knowledge of HK talent acqusition market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior roles
