Job Descriptions:
- Drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the recruitment process with various stakeholders, salary negotiation
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reporting to team head
- Establish innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies, to build the talent pipelines
- Establishing and maintaining the database of candidates
- Providing regular recruitment reports
- Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned5-day work, with normal office working hours
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- IT recruiting experience is a plus
- Good knowledge of HK recruitment market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Recruiter
