What you’ll be doing?
- Identify and develop new recruitment business in permanent and contracting services
- Achieve monthly sales target and KPIs
- Manage customer relationship with existing clients
- Conduct proactive sales calls, emails, visits and presentations to new and existing customers, to cross-sell and upsell
- Provide timely report for business opportunities & development
- Coordinate internal & external communications to implement new opportunities effectively
Who are they looking for?
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in business development, HR or recruitment
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English
- Excellent in communication and presentation skills
- Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Aggressive, energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented
- Able to work under pressure
