Job Duties:
- Provide day-to-day front-line support or troubleshooting users in a variety of working environments.
- Support the IT infrastructure, including computer hardware, application software and configurations for the group.
- Assist in system administration support on Windows, LAN & WAN networking.
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and internal ITS applications.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
- Assist in procedural documentation and relevant reports, etc.
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related discipline
- Experience with window desktop OS, Office365 and windows server OS.
- Pro-active, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of network technologies including firewalls, Proxy, network load balancer and DNS.
- 1-2 years relevant experience on IT support
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
