Job Duties:

  • Provide day-to-day front-line support or troubleshooting users in a variety of working environments.
  • Support the IT infrastructure, including computer hardware, application software and configurations for the group.
  • Assist in system administration support on Windows, LAN & WAN networking.
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and internal ITS applications.
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
  • Assist in procedural documentation and relevant reports, etc.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related discipline
  • Experience with window desktop OS, Office365 and windows server OS.
  • Pro-active, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of network technologies including firewalls, Proxy, network load balancer and DNS.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience on IT support
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
