Responsibilities
- Act as one of the technical team members of Digital Workplace Team and work closely with IT Helpdesk team to support IT services such as collaboration services email, device management support, O365 application and MS Teams
- Assist in the project to communicate with the end user in good quality and on schedule
- Provide 2nd line technical support and troubleshooting, including resolve incident tickets, service request and logged cases in a timely manner
- Work with technical partners or vendors on the critical issues and monitor the progress and resolution
- Provide skill transfer to IT Helpdesk and related support teams to resolve 1st line issues
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science/Information Systems/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or system support, with preferably experience in the below areas
- Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online maintenance and administration
- Proven experience in supporting sizable and complicate IT Infrastructure and endpoint management support
- Self-motivated, work independently, good problem-solving skill and enthusiastic personality
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
