Job Requirements:
− Lead and drive data centre projects such as CRAC unit replacement, Backup & Recovery Infrastructure upgrade project, etc.
− Liaise and coordinate cross-departmental stakeholders to support data centre projects
− Manage and monitor outsourcers to run and operate data centres to meet various KPIs efficiently & effectively as well as driving outsourcer to improve operation efficiency.
− Support and coordinate various audits of data centres and IT infrastructure such as ISO 9001 audit. ISO 27001 audit, quality audit, fixed asset audit, internal audit, etc.
− Act as focal point to support and coordinate regular activities of data centres such as power maintenance, emergency incident of data centre, etc.
− Backup & Recovery Infrastructure system administration and documentation update
− Enforcement of IT infrastructure and data centre standards.
− Handle of Change, Problem, and Incident
Attributes / Working Experience:
− Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
− Minimum 10 years experiences in IT Infrastructure and/or data centre operation / projects with sound technical skills at supervisory level in the past 3 years.
− Possession of certificates such as Certified Data Center Expert (CDCE) or equivalent, VMware Certified Professional (VCP) v6.0 or above, Veritas NetBackup certificate, HPE/IBM/Dell SAN storage administrator certificate or equivalent, HPE/DELL servers administrator certificate. etc., are advantages.
− Self-initiative and work with passion, a can-do attitude with strong ownership.
− Sound problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
− Able to work independently and under pressure to meet defined schedule/deadline and KPIs.
− Good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese preferably including Putonghua.
− Good attitude and cross-team collaboration work.
− Possession of related IT certification is an advantage.
