Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support to operation team on day-to-day operation
- To support IT infrastructure related technology which includes, but not limited to, server virtualization, Storage Area Network, system monitoring, Network Firewall, Router, Switch, etc.
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related disciplines
- 2 - 4 years relevant working experiences
- Hands-on experience in implementation and support in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
- Switching, Routing, Firewall & Wireless, especially familiar with Cisco
- VMware ESXi, Database server, RedHat LINUX, Satellite, Ansible
- CCNP, CCNP, CCIE holder (or equivalent) will be an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as senior role
