Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure the team's success.
  • Work with different teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Drive the development and implementation of frontend architectural and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Oversee the frontend development process, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and deployment, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead and participate in the design and development of complex frontend solutions, taking ownership of critical components and resolving technical challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with the UX/UI design team to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into functional web interfaces.
  • Monitor and optimize frontend performance, responsiveness, and accessibility to deliver exceptional user experiences across various devices and browsers.

 

 Qualifications:

  • Solid experiences to deliver complex web applications, with experience of managerial frontend development.
  • frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of frontend architectural patterns, design principles, and best practices.
  • Experience with frontend build tools, package managers, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of frontend developers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
