Responsibilities:
- Become a system engineer of an IT Operation team to provide 7x24 Tier 1 support to operation team on day-to-day operation
- Execute server support operation services based on defined operation manuals and instructions provided by Tier 2 server team.
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related disciplines
- Familiar with ITIL Processes such as Incident Management and Change Management;
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered in a supervisory or managerial role
