- Enhancement and maintenance for e-Services and application systems of MD, including but not limited to Electronic Business System (eBS), Common Certificate, Licence and Permit Services (CCLPS) and New_OSDP II.
- Database Administration and Support
- To monitor work performance and conduct quality assurance of works performed by outsourced contractors;
- To conduct system analysis and design for enhancements of systems;
- To support MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Oracle database administration;
- To support on-going system maintenance including but not limited to requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, production deployment, server capacity planning, system healthiness monitoring, system patching / bug fix and on-going system optimization / tuning;
- To lead subordinates for on-going support and enhancements for systems;
- To provide response to incidents and troubleshooting support; and
- To carry out other project related duties as designated.
- The candidate should have extensive experience in system implementation, testing and maintenance;
- The candidate should be proficient in managing linux-based system environment typically consist of Apache, J2EE architecture, client framework;
- The candidate should be knowledgeable and experienced in system analysis and design, and database administration and tuning on MongoDB, PostgreSQL and Oracle database;
- The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in CI/CD Tools including Jenkins, Maven and SonarQube;
- The candidate should have knowledge in Spring, Hibernate architecture, Web UI development, Model-view-controller (MVC) framework and iAM Smart; integration; and
- The candidate should have solid experience in conducting quality assurance on project deliverables from outsourced contractors.
- 3 years of work experience with/in the Government
- 3 years of experience in IT Service/ Outsourcing Management, Vendor Management
- 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance
