Job Description

  • Assist the implementation of new systems and mobile applications 
  • Handle fault calls, enquiries and complaints from the client and public through phone, email, fax and
    online channel in customer service centre 
  • Assist in setting up workstation, or networked equipment, scheduling and monitoring computer equipment installation.
  • Implement system updates, upgrades, and patches to ensure optimal system performance

 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • Proven experience in a similar IT support role
  • Knowledge in Windows / Networking, PC Lan Support, IT security, backup solution, etc. is an advantage
  • IT professional certificates is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Good documentation and presentation skills 
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
